How to upgrade the firmware of QX11

Method 1: Upgrade via the FiiO Control app

1. Download and install the latest version of FiiO Control on an Android phone.

2. Connect the QX11 to the Android phone, power on the QX11, add a USB device in the app, and select FiiO QX11.

3. If a new firmware version is available, a firmware-update pop-up will appear automatically. Tap Update to proceed.

4. If no pop-up appears, go to Settings > Firmware Update > Online Update, then tap Check for Updates.

5. You may also select Local Update and choose a firmware package that has already been downloaded to the phone.

Method 2: Upgrade via the FiiO Control web version

1. Open the FiiO Control web page: Click here

2. Connect the QX11 to your computer and open the webpage.

3. Select Configuration, then click Device Update.

4. Wait for the firmware update to complete.

QX11 1.27 firmware changes are as follows:

1.Added new VU meter theme. The original portrait/landscape themes will take effect when the screen is rotated to 90° or 270°.

2.Added optional functions for custom keys: MIC volume, monitor, etc.

3.Added microphone icon status display and partial status pop-up windows.

4.Optimize MIC sensitivity.

5.Optimize monitoring audio quality.

6.Fixed the issue where the system may freeze and restart occasionally.
