I am using the KA11 dongle plugged into a Windows 11 PC have noticed that every few minutes the audio on the KA11 will entirely cut out for a moment before returning to regular volume. There doesn't seem to be a specific cause for this, it will be playing fine and then all the audio cuts out and comes right back. I have downloaded and updated the to the most recent USB DAC driver and that has not solved the issue. I have been unable to update the firmware on the KA11 itself, always getting the error that the USB device cannot be found even after following the directions that came wit the firmware.
Is there anything I can do to fix this? It is making it basically impossible to use on my laptop.
