Hi,

I took delivery of the FH5s today. The 3.5mm connector is fitted as standard out the box, however I cannot for the life of me remove that connector to fit the 4.4 balanced connector. I have looked at the instruction booklet and even watched a youtube video. It seems totally immovable, almost like it is welded in place rather than screwed in.
I had another pair of FiiO IEM's and managed to remove the connector easily without any real effort, so unless I am having a real brain freeze I am having real doubts this connector will ever remove. Has anybody else experienced similar, or have any tips to help?
