I have the UTWS3, and when I use them as a pair, they work perfectly. Unfortunately, I can only wear one at a time when I'm working.... When I try to use a single ear piece, it will connect and begin playing music, but after EVERY song it will disconnect and chime back with "connected" a few moments later. Then I must tap the play button immediately to get it to resume playing, otherwise it will disconnect again and I will have to tap the button to get it to connect, then tap it again to resume my music. This happens after EVERY song and with either ear piece. When I am trying to use one side individually, the other side is docked in the case. They both are paired in my Bluetooth settings of my phone.
