I just got a BTR7 to use as a general dac for everything from music on the go to gaming and critical listening and I wanted to see how the latency stacked up against my old AudioQuest Dragonfly USB dac. I set up a little test in audacity to see how it checks out and I've noticed a strange little bug. By default it has a bit of fade in/delay. No matter what sample buffer I set in the desktop firmware it still has it. If I change the filter on the BTR7 itself, it will get rid of the fade in until I unplug it and plug it back in. It doesn't matter if I pick fast or HYBR F. My results probably have extra delay added due to how I set it up, but I got consistent results in testing so I feel they're accurate relative to each other
