If you have just bought the BTR5 2021, please check the XMOS firmware version of your BTR5 2021 via the FiiO control panel in Windows computer first.

And you don't need to update the XMOS firmware again if it is already the 0.38 version. Please note that the BTR5 does NOT support viewing the firmware version.
