Thank you for the 1.71 update to UTWS5.

I'm really happy to see LDAC support,

 but I'm experiencing 2 issues since the 1.71 update.

1. battery protection is not working, even when it is 85% or more charged, 

it will charge more when I put it in the charging case.

2. when the earhooks are fully charged, 

they connect to the smartphone even though they are in the charging case.

So when I actually take the earhooks out to use them, 

earhooks doesn't power on, I have to manually press and hold the button to turn them on.

3. Ambient sound listening mode is very weak.

Even with the maximum number of steps (16), it feels like 4-6 steps in the old 1.5 version.

Both of these issues do not occur if you downgrade to 1.5.

I've tried a factory reset and deleting all pairings, but the problem persists in 1.71.

Please resolve this problem next update!
