Recently purchased a K7 and it's sounds great, but I have a few small issues.

When listening to music, from time to time the volume will drop to almost 0 and then go back up again. I've seen some others reporting this issue with the K9, I wonder if it is related?

The volume knob - when turning the volume too quickly it appears to lag (the volume doesnt change instantly and then suddenly goes up and down, and not smoothly) is that expeected? it makes the device feel quite cheap.
